Food: 01-25-2012


Breakfast:
Oatmeal from Starbucks (400cal)
One container of coffee from home. 16-20 oz.
One additional 16oz coffee @ work.
Water

Lunch:
Spicy Thai noodles with chicken/broccoli (unnecessary!!!) (800cal)
Water

Snack:
Payday candy bar (200cal)

Dinner:
(4)turkey sausage links (140cal)
(3)soft boiled eggs (234cal)
(2)pieces of buttered toast  (90cal)
water

Snack:
Skinny ice cream bar (150cal)

Took normal meds
Took the Analpram pill this morning.
