Lunch:
Salad bar @ Jason's Deli. Pretty good with balsamic vinegar dressing. Egg. Some crackers. Little banana pudding. Water. 10 oz coffee. Gotta try harder (?cal) (600cal)
Snack:
Water and Peanuts. (200cal)
Dinner:
(4) Turkey Sausage (140cal)
(3) Soft Boiled Eggs (234cal)
(2) Small Pieces of toast (90cal)
Snack:
Skinny ice cream bar (150cal)
Total Calories (best guess) - 1817
Not much H problems today, so far. Took the Analpram pill this afternoon. Walked the stairs in the afternoon after getting the peanuts. Tomorrow will walk at least two times.
