Salad bar @ Jason's Deli. Pretty good with balsamic vinegar dressing. Egg. Some crackers. Little banana pudding. Water. 10 oz coffee. Gotta try harder (?cal) (600cal)
Snack:
Water and Peanuts. (200cal)
Dinner:
(4) Turkey Sausage (140cal)
(3) Soft Boiled Eggs (234cal)
(2) Small Pieces of toast (90cal)
Snack:
Skinny ice cream bar (150cal)

Not much H problems today, so far. Took the Analpram pill this afternoon. Walked the stairs in the afternoon after getting the peanuts. Tomorrow will walk at least two times.

LINE IN THE SAND
Okay.........here's the line in the sand. Or ANOTHER line in the sand.....
282 lbs
Today.....January 23rd, 2012
On 5/20/2010 I weighed 279 which, at the time, was the highest ever. I started the no carb diet and went down to 257. After ditching that and subsequent terrible habits, I now find myself at 282 and the most ever....part deux.
The weight was registered at Dr. Bailey's office...the gastroenterologist. I've been having some general crap with the stomach and went there. He told me to possible drop the coffee levels from my current 40-50oz per day down to 16oz per day. That will be a MAJOR undertaking.
My own analysis shows that I need to maintain a SINGLE breakfast. Either eggs and toast at home or the Starbucks oatmeal or yogurt/fruit. No muffins or donuts and NO SECOND BREAKFASTS. PERIOD. I'm going to blog my food for the day and my stomach and other issues for the day. That way I can target foods that cause me problems and work to reduce them. I have to make inroads with this or I'll be dead by 55. I just know that. Many of my current health issues can probably be attributed to my weight.
Some other items.....

No cokes
Weigh on Mondays
Use the stairs at work
Cut back on ebay
Work to reduce stress
